Prerequisites

In order to validate the integration of Smart Assistant in an environment, the following actions must be completed:

  • Provide the Usizy team with the development, pre-production and production domain URLs in order to enable the instance in these domains.
  • Establish with the Usizy team and according to the contract options, the configuration and parameterisation of Smart Assistant.
  • Provide the product catalogue feed (already included if Size Adviser is active in the eCommerce and if the module ‘Personal Shopper’ or ‘Size Adviser’ is enabled in the subscription).
  • Provide information on third-party integrations and their corresponding APIs (Module ‘Third-party integrations’ enabled in the subscription).
  • Provide the ability to include ‘Add to cart’ functionality using eCommerce code (Module ‘Add to cart’ enabled in the subscription).
  • Provide the possibility to receive data from the identified user using a parameter directly, or providing access to an API, to query the eCommerce user API (Module ‘Users’ enabled in the subscription).
  • Provide the data and policies for updating the catalogue and availability (Module ‘Personal Shopper’ enabled in the subscription).
  • Provide the data and policies for updating stock and price (Module ‘Personal Shopper’ enabled in the subscription).
  • Provide the languages available to users (according to the language options included in the subscription).
  • Provide the default language mapping (according to the language options included in the subscription).
  • Provide agent assignment policies (Module ‘Live Agent’ enabled in the subscription or module ’third party integrations’ for agents in external applications is enabled in the subscription).
