Parameters

Below is a list of all the visual parameters available for the widget:

Bot or Avatar

Allows you to configure whether the image of the Assistant icon is a bot image or a person simulating a human agent.

Bot’s name

Name displayed for the bot.

Agent’s name

Name displayed for the simulated agent.

Bot’s image

Image displayed for the bot when Assistant is closed.

Agent’s image

Image displayed for the simulated agent when Assistant is closed.

Bot’s icon

Icon displayed for the bot when Assistant is opened.

Agent’s icon

Icon displayed for the simulated agent when Assistant is closed.

Bot’s icon in header

Icon displayed for the bot when Assistant is opened in header section.

Agent’s icon in header

Icon displayed for the simulated agent when Assistant is closed in header section.

Widget Height (CSS)

Defines the height of the Assistant widget when minimized.

Widget Width (CSS)

Defines the width of the Assistant widget when minimized.

Widget Height Maximized (CSS)

Defines the height of the Assistant widget when maximized.

Widget Width Maximized (CSS)

Defines the width of the Assistant widget when maximized.

Specifies the font family used in the widget.

Sets the background color of the widget header.

Sets the font size for the text in the widget header.

Defines the weight of the font in the header.
