Behavioural parameters

Smart Assistant allows you to configure many bot behaviour options in general and in particular for different scenarios or cases in the conversation.

Parameters #

Below is a list of all the behaviour options available for Smart Assistant:

Creativity #

The level of creativity used by the bot to construct generative responses.

Tone #

The tone used by the bot in its responses.

Unknown responses #

The number of unknown responses allowed before transferring the user to an agent.

Blocking responses #

The number of blocking responses managed by the bot before transferring the user to an agent upon request.

Sensitivity #

The degree of sensitivity used to transfer the user to an agent if the bot detects frustration, anger, or similar emotions.

Response personalization #

The bot’s ability to tailor responses based on user preferences, history, or context.

Delay simulation #

Simulates natural typing delays to make interactions feel more human-like.

Adaptive Learning #

Enables the bot to learn from previous interactions and improve future responses without human intervention.
