What is the difference between 'Basic measurements' and 'Advanced measurements' in Size Adviser?
Basic Measurements (Standard User Journey)
By default, the customer journey guides users through the collection of simple, universally known data points, such as height and weight. Our engine utilizes these inputs to accurately estimate the correct size, completely eliminating the need for shoppers to manually measure themselves with a tape measure.

Advanced Measurements (Secondary Solution)
As a secondary option, we provide an advanced input method based on explicit physical body circumferences, such as the chest, waist, or hips.

While this advanced method can deliver highly precise sizing results, it requires significantly more effort from the end user. Because customers must manually measure their bodies to complete the form, activating this journey as a primary step can increase cart abandonment and subsequently lower your overall conversion rates.
