Why can't I see my returns in the dashboard?
Please keep the following factors in mind when reviewing your returns data within the dashboard:
- Attribution by Sale Date: Returns are tracked and displayed based on the original purchase date rather than the date the item was physically returned. For example, if a customer makes a purchase in April and processes a return in May, that return will be reflected under the metrics for April.
- Pre-Activation Window: If a product is returned for an order that was placed before your Usizy service was officially activated, it will not be captured or displayed in the dashboard.
