Why can't I see my returns in the dashboard?

Please consider the following information when reviewing returns data in your dashboard:

  • We display returns according to the sales date, not the returns date in the dashboard. If a return took place in May for a purchase in April, this return will be displayed for the month of April.
  • If a product is returned for a purchase that took place before the activation of our service, it will not be displayed in our dashboard.
