How often do you update the information displayed in the dashboard?

All information and performance indicators within the dashboard are precalculated once per night. The displayed KPIs incorporate the data accumulated up to the end of the fully completed previous day.

Note on Manual Data Uploads: If you submit your product returns information manually via a CSV file shared through Google Drive, this file will be automatically imported overnight during our standard processing window. The dashboard will recalculate immediately afterward, making your updated data fully visible on the following day.
