Cancellations integration (optional)
If orders get cancelled by customers before the payment and/or shipment is confirmed, you may send a specific instruction to Usizy in order to cancel and delete the order.
The following options are available to integrate cancellations:
A. Cancellations API integration (Recommended)
Send an API call to Usizy to provide the cancellation confirmation when it is added to your system.
B. Cancellations CSV integration
Periodically send a CSV containing the cancellation information to Usizy. A Google Drive folder will be provided to store the CSV file during the integration.
In both cases, the cancellation event must include the original existing purchase order (order_id) to be processed correctly.
