Returns integration

Integrate your returns confirmations to receive analytical data (Usizy dashboard KPIs) and to improve the size recommendations quality using Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.

The following options are available to integrate returns:

A. Returns API integration (Recommended) Generate an API call to Usizy to provide a returns confirmation once the event occurs in your system.
B. Returns CSV integration Periodically send a CSV containing the returns data to Usizy. A Google Drive folder will be provided to share the CSV file during the integration.

In both cases, the return event must include the original existing purchase order (order_id) to be processed correctly. Variables such as Product ID, Variation ID, Order ID (…) shoulx be consistent with what has been included in the previous integration stages (feed, script on product page, sales integration), so that your data can be matched correctly.
