Coverage report

The Coverage Report provides an overview of the current status of each brand and product in your eCommerce, highlighting which ones are covered by Size Adviser and which are not. For those products without coverage, the report offers insights into the reasons for this status, such as content errors, erroneous data, or missing information.

To access the report, simply navigate to Size Adviser > Coverage Report from the main menu on the left or click on “View Report " in the Coverage section of the Overview or Statistics pages.

If your eCommerce offers multiple brands, you can review the service status information for all brands. This includes:

  • All brands: All brands included in your feed, whether they are serviceable or not.
  • Serviceable: Brands that include products related to sizing and can receive a size recommendation service.
  • Valid included: Brands currently included in the service provided
  • Valid Excluded (Supported): Brands supported by Size Adviser but not currently included
  • Valid Excluded (Not supported): Brands that are not currently supported by Size Adviser and cannot receive service.
